Radzig's Sword Disappeared (BUG?) *Spoilers?*

Well, simply put, Radzig's sword disappeared on me. I'm in Kuttenberg in the part of the story where you're looking for Lichtenstein, and following the dialogue after meeting him Radzig's sword is just *poof* gone. I know previously I couldn't drop it as it's a quest item, but it's not in mine or my horse inventory. I'm pretty sure this might be a bug, but maybe it's somewhere I didn't pick up? Could it be possible that since I reforged the sword some sort of scripting bug failed to return it to my inventory?

Anyone else run into this?

Nop.
I'm longer into the main quest and still have the reforged sword as my main weapon.
There are few events/quests where you lose all your items, but i've always got it back with the rest.

Coincidentally, the first time the sword disappeared, I also got the My Shoes! and The Lord Taketh Away achievements when I was "knocked unconscious". I eventually reloaded to an earlier save, fought better, and wasn't "knocked unconscious", and the sword (and my boots and gilt) weren't missing.

Happened to me. Had Radzig's sword equipped. Did the quest Hammer and Tongs and went to re-equip it after fight in that quest line that equipped a one handed sword. Radzig's was not in my inventory after the fight, but the sword I received from the quest was. If I looked at my other armor builds I could see the icon for Radzig in those builds. Fast travelled to another location to look in a storage chest, but it wasn't there. Looked through inventory again afterwards and Radzigs was suddenly in my inventory allowing me to equip it again.
