Why is the value of the groschen over inflated?
It didn’t cost 300 groschen for a low quality saddle in medieval bohemia.

So it can be simplified to a single currency, instead of a myriad of lower value coins with non-standard change rate, is my guess.

you can have all different currencies that have different value that translates to single main currency... We have CPu that does the math for you.

In fact it would be way more historical if that game would have multiple currencies... In the old ages the value was based on weight of precious metals anyway and coins got to europe from all over the world.

I would say it's more about gameplay balance to make it just a time - money sink.

if you read codex about money in there devs explain why they made it . they actually explain value of things in real life

Oh interesting I’ll have to check it out
It's mainly because the player can make obscene amounts of cash very easily.

300 grochen is nothing.
