Who to buy cobweb?/Where to find cobweb?

I've tried several merchants. I've triend the blacksmith in Tachov but still I haven't seen any.

You can find them in locked chests. There's one in the chest I know of in the woodcutters camp that;s kinda between Semine and the Semine mill.

Honestly spend couple hours going from area to area looking through chest and only found one. It madness how rare a cobweb is in this game. I think if the devs added them to the merchants wares the merchants should just sell them for 1k gold cause that feels about right for how rare they are in terms of drop rate.

Ok, I finally found 4 cobwebs. They are in easy chests in the bedroom that is opposite to your bedroom in the Zelejov Inn.

well every locked chest has a chance but always take the cobwebs they dont spoil so it's no issue

Check out this link. It says you can get 47 cobwebs.
The key is inside the house. Enter the right room, check the fallen bookshelf, and open the water bottle to find it.
