Should I get it on my PC or PS5?
Hi,
I've yet to purchase the game and I'm uncertain which option is the best for me.

My PC specs are:
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: RTX 3070ti

My PS5 is base edition.

Since it's a first person game I would prefer to play it on PC, but my most important concern is always frames per second. I don't HAVE to have everything on ULTRA settings and all the other eye candy features. I would be content to run at on at least high settings, but stable 60fps is my top priority.

So with my current PC specs, which option would be most suitable performance wise?

Thanks!

I’d like to think you’ll be better off with your pc than the ps5 overall, game is pretty well optimized on pc and some people say it runs even better for them than the 1st game did. If nothing else you’d at least have access to more options and the possibilities afforded by modding.

PC all day long, i have an i7-9700k, RTX 2080, 16gb, ssd and it runs at 65-95 fps for me @ 2k high (a few maxed) settings.

The lowest has been in towns/villages, the highs are out and about.

Runs super smooth for me, no issues so far.
the 3070ti should blast this game's graphics at 60fps, depending on the resolution. I'm running 1440 native@high on a 2070s and getting good rates for the most part. Missions are well optimized, but the open world can bring the lows.
PC, just for the mouse and keyboard when lockpicking.

Thanks for the answers.
How does the game handle big cities and many NPC's? Specially with my current rig?

Consoles are for children and peasants. On PC you get far better performance and enjoyment of mods.
PC. Stable 60 easy. Processor is a little weak but game shouldn't be processor heavy anyway.

Remember, you always own whatever you buy on Steam. Whatever you buy on Sony is subject to Sony's incredibly anti-consumer practices. I don't think I've ever seen any company make it more clear that they hate their fans.
