Game won't load past starting cutscene

Won't load, just swaps between the same two splash arts loading screen for about 5mins then goes to black. I have verified all game files, ran as admin, restarted PC, etc. No luck. I read that others were experiencing this same issue but just curious if its fixed. I refunded the game before getting a concrete answer to this, because I'm not about to break the two-hour refund window sitting on a loading screen trying to get the game to run lol. In regard to system specs, I am well above required.

same as me. re installed the game too and yet still stuck on loading screen

@paulh3272 Damn, seems I'm still SOL then. Wonder whats causing the issue to target only a smaller number of players, no one can seem to get a resolution to this yet.

by any chance are you trying to run this game on HDD. it runs only on SSD

Hi, same here and i use SSD. I5 14TH Gen, RTX4070 Super 32gb Ram

Yeah, I'm not gonna bother with the game until they fix the HDD issue then lol, that's a bit absurd for a day 1 issue.

HDD issue will never be fixed . you need SSD for any new game now . HDD is a dead tech for gaming .

I find it hard to believe that any company would shoot themselves in the foot when the vast majority of PC users still rely on HDD for storage.
