Is it a bug that i cannot talk to the cuman Jasak after finding the camp?

Yes, a few other people have complained that they either can't talk to him or that he paths back to the Inn for some reason. MIght have to leave that quest for later until they patch it, or maybe it'll fix itself after some in-game days have passed.
