Can't Sprint, not overloaded
After carrying the sacks of caracasses for the gravedigger and loading them on his wagon, I can no longer sprint, tried reloading and restarting. Not sure what's happening or if my game is broken.

Ended up having to go back to a prior save after i completed the quest and found the saltpetre pit, warning this quest may bug out your weight/overload and prevent you from sprinting.

You might also be drunk.. that just happened to me. Drank Hair of the Dog potion and now I can sprint again. Don’t remember how I got drunk though, lol

I restarted the game and it was fixed. Broke for me, during a 5 hour gaming session, after I wrote the letter for the miners.

had a similar issue simply being drunk - can't sprint then

It's super messed up trying alchemy while drunk btw. :D - the hitboxes are so shifted - brew a hair o the dog potion after drinking with the cumans, what a nightmare hahaha

Oh and there's story-based follow blah where you can't sprint either - keep that in mind as well
