Bozhena won't let me sleep!
So the herb woman brings me back to life, then asks me to complete a bunch of tasks for her. Sure, no problem. I complete them all then try to sleep in the bed she healed me in, and she screams and reports me to the guards and my reputation is ruined. This is pretty immersion breaking, you should at least be able to sleep at Bozhena's without her screaming at you after you save her and her daughter's butts multiple times.

Yeah, every NPC is like that.

If you sleep in a Bandit camp and get cought by a game warden, the same thing happens btw lol.
Yeah, same here. The funny part is that in the map appears like "My bed".
You can sleep there... just have to use the bed on the floor where Hans was sleeping while injured. It's a "sleep and save" bed. I only found out AFTER sleeping in the original bed and getting yelled at.
I have experienced this in a few places. The best advice is to make sure the option sleep and save appears not just sleep. Then former confirms it is for your use, the latter means it is not yours and you may get in trouble. I say may because if the owner of the bed does not find you it does not matter. This is why some camp beds say sleep only but you do not get into trouble. Hope this helps
Experienced it too, seems it's "your bed" only in the prologue and then it's her, it's buggy

Exactly this.
After going to Trosky, you can only use the bed on the floor, the other is missing the sleep and save option and it's a safe way to know which bed you're allowed to sleep on.
