Ok I've repasted many CPUs, but GPU hasn't been one of them, no! So WHAT?! AM I INCOMPETENT NOW?! USELESS?! YOU WANT TO FEED ME TO THE LIONS OR WHAT?!
But game crashing due temps is not fault of the game. But inadequate cooling of your rig.
And of course its random as certain scenes are more intense on gpu use than others. Same for cpu. Run a cpu/gpu benchmark and same will happen if the cooling is not good enough.
Yea I run HWiNFO. Do you have better?
So explain me how its game issue that it uses all resources available for it?
Thats how it should be on all games. Use all that is available.
If you dont want your gpu to be used, you limit your fps or lower settings.
This is getting silly.
From all that man love

The game is super optimized, i tried the optimized settings from this video and i was able to lock the fps to 72 and my temps stay between 56C to 60C, visually it's pretty much the same and in 5 hours of gaming KCD2 my temps never got above 60C
Yeah it can use all of my GPU I paid for the whole thing I wanna use the whole thing. The thing is is that I've never had a game use 99-100% utilization before while also steadily staying at 85c. I haven't had a change in fps, utilization, or temps no matter if I set all graphics to high/ultra/experimental, or if I have dlss/fsr on quality or balanced.
I'm using a 3090 Ti, Ryzen 9 5900x, 64GB ram, both liquid cooled with 360mm radiators and I have 9 total case fans going at full blast, newest drivers, everything updated. So might be a game problem if I change my settings from experimental to high and the game image and performance changes none whatsoever.
EDIT: uninstalled nvidia app and even with vsync disabled and locked at 60fps my GPU barley starts to get near the same temps and with less utilization.
And this is at full experimental vs ultra with a couple settings at high. locked at 60 barley even gets to 70c stays around 45-50c so the app is causing some issues to occur.
It's almost like it just would just keep trying to apply any settings you changed alongside the settings that it would have at default. Before even with the same graphics driver installed DLSS made the image waaay to sharp and fsr wouldn't sharpen the image at all.
Now dlss quality looks great with the performance to go along with it.
Although after a few hours of gaming my VRAM steadily increases it got up to 15GB before I restarted the game last time.
