Also, failing a blacksmithing attempt, or after a chat interaction, also disabled the keyboard input unless you alt-tab.
Sticky keys is definitely off in Windows and I've checked that it doesn't reactive after multiple key presses.
EDIT - Although Windows said sticky keys was off, some keys were still being held, like Shift/Ctrl. Had to reboot windows, confirm it was still off, and it seems to be working now. So Reboot the machine after you check the sticky key settings.
Hi, I don't know is this solution to your issue, but it is worth to check.
1.) go to "accessibility keyboard settings" (Like you did already)
2.) toggle sticky keys to "off" (Like you did also)
3.) click the sticky keys and go into the section itself (you probably missed this) and turn all of those options to "off" also.
4.) Restart computer
