locked equipment slots?

i see locked icons on equipments. when i am in the blacksmith store. i cant see helmets, plate or chain chest armor and leg armor on my character appearing

Maybe a visual bug?
Screenshot it, post it and report it to the devs.

I've armor on all my Characters Slots, including weapons and a belt-bag for quickbar. No issues here. I can buy/find items for all slots without issues.

Some armor pieces can't be worn without wearing something underneath them, such as needing shirts/gambesons before you wear plate, etc.
You can also have the hat/helmet slot locked if you want to wear hats but you have a coiff on, for example.
