Horse is bugged?

Bought Soldier / Vojak in Semin and...he does not go faster than the base walk / trot, always just neighs and bucks me off.

i`m not sure if it that point but check horse inventory. I have the same problem and think it was a bug. But Horse, just like Henry, can't go faster if overweight

Yeah this is confirmed to happen when you or the horse becomes overweight. I accomplished this after fast travelling long distance, then appeared with my inventory overweight. I believe this was due to some type of debuff like hunger or such, just jump off your horse, dump stuff, and make sure your horse also isn't overweight or just take 1 lb/kg off just in case. It'll be fixed if you get on and off the horse to clear the issue.

In addition to overweight, it can happen if you stress the horse, by riding too hard or by getting him into combat - time cures it.
