fps limit not working
I've set the frame rate cap to 72fps, but the game is running at 92-120fps. Is the game just bugged or is this an issue on my end. I haven't seen anyone else talk about this so would be good to know if this issue is exclusive to me.

the tooltip tells you to turn v-sync on, if you wanna use FPS limit..
and it works perfectly fine for me

Well it doesn't work for OP and it doesn't work for me either. Turning vsync on makes no difference in whether the FPS limit works.
