fps limit not working
I've set the frame rate cap to 72fps, but the game is running at 92-120fps. Is the game just bugged or is this an issue on my end. I haven't seen anyone else talk about this so would be good to know if this issue is exclusive to me.

Could be that your drivers are set to override game settings and drivers have FPS limit set to unlimited.

Check your NVIDIA Control panel or the other thing if youre on AMD
Yep... Fps limiter doesn't work.

Some games fail to throttle you need to limit it from your control panel.
I have mine limited to 60fls for 4K

Doesn't work for me either.
You may have to limit it in Nvidia control panel or something similar for AMD careds

You need to set it in Nvidia 3d settings for the game exe file.

The full screen mode also doesn't work and if you alt tab from the game the fps cap stops working. You need to alt + Enter.

I actually found a fix. Open the console in game by pressing ~, then type these commands:

r_vsync = 0
sys_maxfps = 60 (or whatever number you want)
AMD "Chill" is perfect for that.

try to limit using NVidia app or AMD Adrenalin.
vsync needs to be enabled for frame limiting to work. The FPS limiting option should actually be grayed out if vsync is disabled.

It doesn't work even with vsync enabled though, that's the problem.

Where are you setting the 72? Because in the game it's certainly not possible. I have some issues with AMD Adrenaline as well, which causes settings to be enabled that should be disabled and at the same time has my GPU running at 100% utilization. Hence, I would not use external tools for frame limiting at this moment and I'm not sure, if Warhorse or AMD have to fix that.

Thanks, it really helped.

So what is ingame v-sync always turned on even when its supposed to be off or something?
