Is Sexuel Content and Nudity Optional?
Hello,

in the first part of the game it was possible to avoid Nudity. If you dont help the preacher in the Town and dont do that sidequest with the Womans under Drugs, nudity and Sexual Content can complete avoided.

How is it in this game?
