Woman in the road that talks like she was Death?

I just found this woman who talks "strange" and says "she's always been there", she even knows who's Henry and from where he comes "Skalice". Anyone else found this one? Maybe an easter egg?

I travelled fast from the nomad camp to Zelejov at night and it popup'ed this encounter. I think she sounds like Death itself because the words and with the pointer on her there's no "npc name" and you can't even hit her anyway xDDD

I tried to follow her but reached the end of the world by the road on the left of the nomad camp, she kept singing without any more interaction xD
