I think it's a good idea. All the religious people can turn Henry into Henrietta instead so it's no longer gay
So. To every alinea in your post.
I'll counter every single point in order:
"As we all know, many successful games have embraced this feature, allowing players to experience the game from different perspectives and identities. It is essential that KCD II follows suit to ensure inclusivity and respect for all genders."
No. Not a single DEI game has succeeded. Many studio's and publishers are curently going bankrupt. All of them pushed DEI heavily. Delusional argument. Do 2 hours of research and you'll come to the same conclusion.
"Gender diversity not only enhances the gaming experience but also reflects the reality of our diverse society. By incorporating such a mod, the developers can demonstrate their commitment to creating an inclusive environment where every player feels valued and represented."
Again. No. Even the dev is VERY clear in their communication that they want a historical representation of those times. Meaning, they are aiming at realism. The art is within the realism. There is no pandering. If you actually knew the dev blogs, and what the devs communicate. You'd know this. But you don't, you live in fantasy land, because you never noticed you got brainwashed the last decade. You speak for others, like "the people" think what you think. No. Only your echo chamber thinks the same. And like I said. Wokeness... ended last year. 2025, is the transition in which you and all your colorful friends will realize the same.
"Until such a mod is available, I will be unable to fully enjoy or support this game. I urge to join me in advocating for this much-needed change. "
Again... NO. Don't play the game, if you don't like realism. This is not a pander game. And you need hard working LGBTQ people, that know the Crytech engine. And if you really want it so bad, you can project it to 'your people'. Or you stop being lazy, like the other 90% of the world. LEARN THE CRAFT: DO IT YOURSELF.
"UPD: Many people try to prove to me that the game is trying to be realistic, but this game is a WORK of ART.
My main thought is that a modern product should meet modern quality criteria. And it just doesn't fit, because it excludes DEI."
Work of Woke. Is not art. Art, is the representation of the presentation in the eyes of the creator. Again. If you knew the devs. You'd know, you are not his people. He does not care about sensitive little bee's like yourself.
___
Get used to it bud. The pushback the next few years is going to have similar intensity to mine. The woke era is over. Companies are already abandoning all the rainbows. The entertainment industry is firing DEI hires left and right already.
Embrace reality, or seriously embrace a life with mental issues. You are not living in reality.
That's not what I meant at all...
I wanted to say that even such an option would benefit the game as gender diversity.
Hell yeah
May I ask where you got this information from? You are trying to argue with numbers and manipulate the point of view of authorities. But this is just manipulation, since it is not the authorities who decide for the people. And it's not up to the developers to decide what their customers want.
Almost 90% of your arguments are your personal opinion. You haven't provided any real evidence that you're right. Get better prepared and maybe we'll have a normal and constructive dialogue.
Especially when you don't own the game.
I'll keep you posted, we live in a world where there are more than two of them. Accordingly, the product MUST meet modern criteria.
Thanks for the adequate comment. You look great compared to the rest of the evil people. Good luck in your life <3
You have a clear misunderstanding of this topic. You're trying to pass off your opinion as an objective reality. but this is not the case. Your opinion has a place to be, BUT it should not be imposed on others. Especially so aggressively
and I clearly wrote in the post why I don't have a game. It looks like you haven't even read the post.
