Hans Capon turns into Henry's annoying little brother throughout KCD1

Yes, he is annoying and a spoiled brat and you want to beat him up, but he sort of becomes Henry's baby brother through all the adventures in KCD1. And Henry will definitely do everything to help and protect Hans.

So can anyone please explain to me why they made it so you can have intercourse with Hans, who has become sort of like Henry's own little brother?

So you've not played the first so you don't know the characters. Hans is an ♥♥♥♥♥, he's supposed to be. He's a stuck up royal child basically. He's supposed to be twattering on as you say.

Playing the first game has nothing to do with recognising that this character is terrible unless the designers want me to dislike a "close ally"? for story purposes later on, there is seemingly no reason to make one of the stories main protagonist and friends of the player character into an impossibly frustrating ♥♥♥♥, who by the time leaves your company you are glad to see the back of.

There is no relatability or likeability to the character, presumably i am supposed to care about him and go looking for him, at least worry about him? not just think "♥♥♥♥ off ♥♥♥♥ you've done my head in", or as his "bodyguard" give enough of a ♥♥♥♥ to want to protect him.

Playing the first game has everything to do with it. Yes you're supposed to dislike him but also if you've actually played the first you understand the character. He's an ass, but he has reasons for being an ass, even if those reasons are dumb.
Just because you don't understand this doesn't make the writing bad. He's written how he's supposed to be. Don't know how many times I'm supposed to say that.

They had a big falling out, so yes you should think screw this guy, I don't want anything to do with him or even look for him. That's the whole point.
