KCD II with 8 gb RAM?
Has anyone tried to run with that? I have AMD Ryzen 5 5600 and RTX 3050, does it compensate, or not?

Minimum is 1060 with 6gb, but 16gb ram. But how it runs? If you can buy the game you maybe can get more ram :D

How do you even run Windows and a browser with 8gb of ram that is the better question.
Min requirements are 16gb..
What is that question? xd I also played Rust with 8 gb ram, although the minimum is like 10-12 and had no problem with that.

Yeah, I know, I am just asking about the playability in this current situation :)

I just now made a test, and Windows task manager is reporting about 5.5GB RAM usage by KCD2.
Keep in mind that it is very early in the game, in a small cabin in the forest, so I'm unsure if that's representative.
Also, with Windows 11 and my other stuff the total usage of my system is 19GB RAM usage.
8GB might be too light. If you have the budget, buy the game, try it then refund if it does not work.
Of course, best would be to up your PC's RAM to 16 total at least :)

It's below the minimum recommended specs. Will it run? Maybe. Will it run decently? Probably not.
I think it will run but it will be using a lot of swap files that will likely cause lags and stutters.
Btw, just to clarify, but maybe you guys counted with it, I would count with the lowest possible settings

I checked on my old PC I still have (now as a movie player mostly) and KCD2 is playable with about 30 FPS on
i3-4350
8 GB RAM
GTX 1060 3GB
SSD

Assuming everything on low, 1920x1200 but with FSR on performance.

So I'd say this is the real minimum requirements.

I only played on it about half an hour though out of curiosity as I have a new rig, so it was only the intro, no idea how it would fare in Kuttenberg.
Please keep me updated about the situation, when you reach Kuttenberg

task manager doesn't show the real usage you need to look at task managers Resource monitor to see the real usage.

also the video showed range of 11-15 GB OS takes 3-4 GB of that 11-15 GB

so is it playable in 8gb ram?

How did you type that with that with 8gb of ram
Hi Ákos my setup is a rtx 2700 16gb i5 5th gen and i have 8 gigs ram (dont ask why my build is like this ik its cursed) the game runs really smooth on low but sometimes i get a error that says not enough ram and it crasehs after i pressed ok i also went to kuttenburg and its very unpalyable there the game comes instantly with the error there so i would higely recommend getting 16gigs too if you wanna play the game its not as it lags at all i get around like 40-90fps and the game is very playable
It uses on my PC about 10GB RAM and 10GB VRAM, with max details at around 120FPS.

4070 Ti - 12GB
64GB RAM

I guess it will run with 8GB, but probably with some performance degradation.
