Homosexual sex during medieval times

Being a homosexual during the medieval era would have been brutal. No PrEP (HIV wasn't invented yet so this is irrelevant), no proper plumbing or antibacterial soap to clean off the fecal matter, semen, and blood. Very little knowledge on how to properly diagnose and treat STDs. No penicillin. Not to mention, many of the people back then would torture and kill you for engaging in sodomy.

So my question is does Henry need to worry about the aforementioned if he chooses to engage in sodomy?

The Church was always the problem. It's the entity that ruled at that time and made those stupid rules about sexuality.
As for homosexuals, they're not attracted to children but to the same sex, you should open a dictionary someday.

Strangely, in the education systems you don't find as much pedophiles as within the Church while it affects a lot more people, meaning that places where children reside aren't filled with pedophiles.
The difference between the two, the Bible advocates for pedophilia, like with all Abrahamic religions do. The education systems usually don't, that's pretty much the opposite and pedophiles are hunted in there, unlike the Church.

In their defense the time period saw death as a common thing and people didn't live long lives and they needed a lot of babies being made to keep up with labor demands. Even actual homosexuals were making babies back then but keeping it in the closet.

Now a days we're privileged cuz technology has greatly reduced the demand for labor so we don't need everyone contributing to replacing the population, although 3rd world countries are still breeding like the past lol

Because we have free will. It's our job and obligation to fix our problems. It's our moral obligation to freely choose good.

That being said, there will come a time when God will judge the entire world.
