add the file "user.cfg" to the root of the install folder with "wh_sys_NoSavePotion 1"
and enable dev mode in the properties of the launcher "-devmode +exec user.cfg"
to save anytime :)
You know that when you open that save file that it wil be deleted so you can not go back to that save on a ‘reloade or retry’
They ask for a quicksave probably to reloade the game quick if something goes wrong with the choices you make.
Save and exit is not new it was always there with a warning.

No, it doesn't. I just tried it with my latest exit save. Works the same as it did in KCD I, can reload from it as often as you like. The only real issue with it is it gets overwritten by your next Save&Exit. I don't find that to be a problem though.
