vsync on?
I took off Vsync and that fixed that.
Lots of people have reported having well above 60FPS. Sounds like its on your end. What are you using to confirm the FPS? And to state the obvious, turn off VSYNC as that will cap the FPS.

I run it at 120 fps. Must be i got some kinda special edition.
vsync synchronizes the refresh rate of your monitor to what your pc can handle in frame rates with a particular game to remove screen tearing effect. So, having vsync on causes what problem again?

Limitations of your monitor.
Vsync causes input lags when trying to sync with higher refresh rated monitors. So that's why vsync is usually turned off for better pc spec gamers. I just checked.

V-sync can be implemented in many different ways, and that includes bugged implementations.

Could be a secondary monitor with a 60Hz refresh rate that is being used to cap the fps(I have had issues with this in other games, not this one). Could be something else hidden in the Windows/driver settings that's messing with it. Or it could just be that the devs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up somewhere.

I can say that I have not had an issue. I have v-sync enabled with a 170Hz monitor, and I have no issues outside of a weird 42fps cap in cutscenes. In game I have no issues running above 60fps.
I run 1440p at 115 fps on Ultra settings - Vsync OFF (no brainer), and DLSS on Quality.
The new nvidia driver reset my refresh to 60, go into nvidia control panel panel and reset it to 120 etc and it should work then...
my monitor is 165 hz in the options i dont get the ability to turn it off
oh ♥♥♥♥ i guess i was wrong i turned on FPS show and im getting around 115 to 120 fps even tho the options show a 60 fps limit which confused me.
