So I would like to ask if there is a way to actually put hoods up and not just hanging from the back. It was mentioned before that in KCD2 it was going to be possible.

Not sure, you can put the helmet visor up and down now (and it affects head defence), so maybe. Havent tried the hood yet

I have seen several NPCs with hoods on and they icon in the inventory shows them on. But when you wear them they're just hanging from the back. Maybe I'm missing something?

I saw a tiny clip of Henry wearing a hood up while he was sneaking around. Fingers-crossed?

yeah I saw that clip too but for some reason you can't put on hoods. Makes me real sad

im guessing the raised hood will be on the twitch drop cuthroats set only, seems like a pretty easy way to get you to do the drop watching

I really hope they eventually allow us to put the hood up. Rather disappointing to see NPCs do it and see Henry do it in the trailer but you can't actually do that.

I would like helmets during dialogs had the visor up if you previously selected so. I hope they include this in future patches

As per the developers in one of the live streams, they are planning to add lots of new features in future updates and DLCs.

Unlike what happened with the first KCD that was literally crowdfunded, this one is no longer like that. They're now part of the Embracer group and have a lot more resources and can do a lot more things, which is reflected in the quality of the game.

So expect them adding more content and features, both free and paid.

The Cutpurse's set campaign in Twitch is now live and will stay up for a week. You can get the Cutpurse hood which is a hood that stays on (the only one without a mod I think)
