GAME WILL NOT START

[Mustache Ride]

Simple as the title says. I can not get past the initial mini screen that appears when you hit "play" on steam. Stays there forever, and if I click on it, it says the game is not responding and allows me to close it or wait for it to respond. Neither option helps. PLEASE someone give me a solution

SOLUTION: It was due to the Bitdefender Antivirus. I had to simply add an exception to this games file path and it works now. Hopefully this will help someone else!

yup. first game had the same issue. kind of sad it's not fixed yet. but i also don't know if it's something that can even be fixed. according to another person here it's due to bitdefender taking too long to scan all the .pak files.
