Just commenting here to keep the issue current on the forum, don't expect anything useful until the developer figures something out and patches.
but installing someones files and loading the oldest there is - helped a few people, it just skips the first cutscene with Godwin and Sukdol but you will see it later anyways
This game had failed solidly since I purchased it a couple weeks ago.
Today while running it to collect the logs for support I did something
different than I had done previously, and the game started working.
After the game spins for a long time, like ten minutes, I have to CTRL
ALT DEL to get to the screen to start the task manager so I can
terminate the game, done it many times.
The different thing I did this time was with the task manager, instead
of terminating I selected Properties for the Kingdom process.
Immediately the game poped up and runs fine. I have restarted from
scratch many times, runs fine.
This hardly makes any sense to me except that pulling the properties
must have interrupted the running process or something like that and
shook something loose.
