Patch or mod to remove inappropriate content?

I get that this game was developed pre election but this kind of content is wildly unpopular and being phased out now and I shouldn't be forcibly exposed to such content in a video game. I might buy this game at full price if I can get an update around this.

Man, I have seen some of the darkest parts of humanity and depravity in my years. If a video game like this is too inappropriate for you, I would just avoid the internet in its entirety.

No it wouldn't. This is a ridiculous conversation. It'd just mean that American players who wanted to play the game would have to pay more to do so. The tariffs would go to the US Government, and then Trump, or a buddy of his, would get their cut.
