Help Needed: Disabling CVar sys_ssd_warning in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
I’m encountering a startup problem in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 related to the CVar sys_ssd_warning. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot disable this parameter permanently. The warning persists.

Steps I’ve Tried:

Editing user.cfg: Created/modified user.cfg in the game root directory with sys_ssd_warning = 0 — no effect.

Steam Launch Options: Added +sys_ssd_warning 0 — no change.

Has anyone successfully disabled sys_ssd_warning in KCD2?

the same problem. This CVar doesn't work. I have 4Tb very decent HDD and game runs w/o issues but this pop up is annoying
Same. Any fix?

Did a bunch of research on this and the message box is being shown so early in the start up process that it precedes all config files. The only start up argument that sticks is +ssd_sys_warning = 0 which technically works but it is loaded along with autoexec.cfg literally as you're reaching the main menu (long after the warning is shown).

TL;DR: the message is so high in the load order that there's no way to stop it without a patch from the developers. :steamsad:

For the record, I'm using an 18 TB 7200 RPM drive that has no obvious performance issues.
