Hans Capon is 15 years old

KCD is set in 1403, so Hans in 15-years old.

Prove it. Not using the codex though.
The codex introduces you to the real people these fictional characters were loosely based on.
Prove that in a game with no children, Sir Hans is a child.

This has aged poorly. Since OP owns the game I'm confident he read the codex entry inside the game to confirm that the developers changed the age of Hans (as well as the bio of other characters) to fit their story.

It is not known for certain when he was born. There is no evidence of it, only assumptions.

Only assumptions suggest that he was born around 1388, but it could perfectly well be another year, because, I repeat, there is no verified evidence.

Firstly, if a 15 year old ♥♥♥♥♥ a 15 year old, it is not pedophilia and is not perceived as such anywhere. Learn legal subtleties. Indro's age is 100% equal to Hans's age.
Secondly, especially for compassionate people like you, they wrote in the code that he is 20 years old.
Thirdly, he is a virtual character.
Fourthly, no one gave a damn in the first game, when he ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the butcher's daughter.
Fifthly, the legal norms of that era were different.
Sixthly, you can do much worse things in the game.

Don't read too much into history or you all going to find out how bad age of consent was back in this time period, or lack of. Half the nobility were pedo's!

They have changed the codex AFTER this post. The ingame dialogue in both games still treats him as he hasn't reached adulthood.
