Gamma setting bug / issue

Playing on Win 11, 3080 ti, Odyssey G80SD qdOLED monitor. The game looks too dark and washed out, something was clearly wrong. I go into graphics settings and check the gamma - when the mouse cursor is hovering over the gamma slider (and button is therefore active) the gamma looks perfect and as intended. As soon as I move the cursor away, e.g. to save settings, the screen goes much darker again, despite the gamma slider not moving, and remains this way in game. Anyone able to reproduce or even solve?

Its done on purpose so you can use the Nighthawk potion to see at night.

Lol this is normal, the cursor thing...the ui is darker in the menu for beauty purpose....when you point your cursor on this settings in the menu, it shows you the result of your change.
But in fact this game have issue with gamma in interior.
