In China ist gerade Neujahrsfest 28.01 - 04.02. möglicherweise passiert deswegen nichts. China hat ja schon krasse Gesetze wie man weiß. Well its the 5th now and i still didnt receive ♥♥♥♥. Gonna contact them about refunding and reporting them for fraud to the relevant entities and I would recommend others do alike.
Even if they give you a refund, think about that they tried this in the first place and purposely did no communicate anything about them most likely having not enough keys to fullfill their sales.

No, MMOGA should be flagged as fraud.

Same here. I just wrote them for refund. If nothing happens, my bank will do the job.

It's most likely an issue with the seller, selling through Mmoga.

I've noticed that A LOT of games are "currently unavailable".

Possible meaning is that one of the sellers got flagged as shady, and mmoga removed all of that sellers keys. It's a real ♥♥♥♥♥♥ situation for y'all either way.

You pre-order a game and don't even get a key after it's officially released.

I ordered the key for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II from "MMOGA" on 01/01/2025. The seller is Gamepower. I was supposed to receive the key on 02/04/2025, but I have not received it from "MMOGA" yet. I have written to "MMOGA" three times, but I have not received a response from them. I don’t know what to do. Did you receive the key for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II?

Ich habe ebenfalls bei mmoga über gamepower den Key bestellt. Hab ihn bisher auch noch nicht erhalten. Allerdings habe ich heute Morgen noch mal die Mails genauer durchgelesen und dort stand Lieferzeit: 11.02.25
Wusste ich davor nicht.♥♥♥♥♥ mich hart ab aber wollte ich euch nur mal mitteilen.

Wo steht das denn in der Mail? Bei mir steht nur "Sie werden das Produkt damit erhalten, sobald es lieferbar ist." -.- EDIT: Bei mir steht 04.02. als Lieferdatum.
