Ultrawide monitor FOV-problem

I have a samsung odessey 5120x1440, but the POV-FOV is way to low, even at max. Any fix?=

There's a console command to change the FOV...I forget. I'm using UW and it looks ok but i just started

Set your horizontal FoV in the game settings to 100, Once done open the ingame console using Tilde (`) and type cl_fov 90.

That should make it much more playable but tinker with the fov value in the console command for what looks good to you.

Between 80-90 seems to be the sweet spot. It's not perfect but its much more playable.

You still liking the game with the monitor? I almost pulled the trigger at best buy but wasnt sure with other comments in different threads.
