Anyone know where to download the other language packages then the base english which comes with the game?

You need to put the game in the language that you desire (English, Czech) in the Steam parameters and change the text to your language.
For example I changed the game to English to have the audio and changed the text to French.

Ah yeah I found it. On steam in the list of game right click KCD 2 > properties > general > language
