They said it numerous times, there will be day 1 patch. The game is not released yet (for 2 more minutes). It did just unpacked before time, but there should be a patch very soon.
Same here. Disabled GSYNC and it fixed the flickering.

Flickering only occurs in the main menu and cutscenes.
I deleted the preload and re download it, but I still have the same glitch.
Gameplay is very smooth and great.
GSYNC on my monitor is already disabled.

I suddenly have the same problem. Yesterday no problems today suddenly flickering in the main menu and sometimes also in the game. As soon as I turn off vsync it disappears
same issue here, not sure what's causing it, going into windowed mode fixes the issue but putting it back to full screen it starts up again.
I paused my game and went away for an hour during a cut scene, the flickering caused the menu items to burn into my screen. ♥♥♥♥ me.

Just happened to me as well, only 20 minutes gone and I come back to that :steamsad:

Edit: After turning the screen off for 24 hours my screen is back to normal, it was just image retention thank god
