Wrote a negative review ob trustpilot. Last time i did this, they were instantly sending the key. Not this time though.

Spent 2600€ there over the years. Worked very well until now. Saved approximatively 500€. The shop is legal. Ever wondered why Steam allows keys? It is part of their bussiness model. You want to pay more? Fine by me.

I ordered the key for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II from "MMOGA" on 01/01/2025. The seller is Gamepower. I was supposed to receive the key on 02/04/2025, but I have not received it from "MMOGA" yet. I have written to "MMOGA" three times, but I have not received a response from them. I don’t know what to do. Did you receive the key for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II?

It is a store front like others you know for other goods.
Anyone sells their keys there.
You didn't buy from MMOGA.

People should really stick to legit key stores.
AND NO those kind of stores that only host a selling platform are not legit as long as you don't know where keys come from.

Steam doesn't care what you do with their keys lol. It's a game distribution platform, but it matters HOW the seller got the keys. Steam has very few trusted sites where they are linked to steam, humble, fanatical and greenman have steam links for instance. They are trusted, other sites are considered "Grey" and it is a buy at own risk type of thing.
