Can't pre-load ''Game not released'' error
After some time of downloading, I now get this error. It also shows that there are no files in the KCD2 folder on my PC. Is it supposed to do this? I don't remember it happening for other pre-loads I have had in the past.

When the game goes live it should unpack the files and then install. I believe the error is because it got to the unpack stage and detected that the game is not released.

Yes, this is normal. Files for unreleased games are compressed in ...steamapps/depotcache instead of ...steamapps/common and will be decompressed upon release.

Oh, they should definitely improve some UI messages there. It looks like the pre-load failed.
