Can we change Henry's pronouns?

I know we play as Henry who is an established character but who is to say that my Henry identifies as a CIS white Male? How much freedom will we have to define Henry's personality?

Um Ackshually Henry is a noble, you would know this if you were actually a fan of the series and played the first game and not just some outrage tourist.

No because Henry already has an established appearance and they are clearly body type 1 and medical science has not gotten to the point where they easily perform surgery to change that.
