Just look at Hogwarts Legacy. the kids was up in arms and trying to boycott that game too over the same stuff as with KCD2. That sold 30M copies.

Because I give links? I'm too lazy to write a lot, that's why I created those themes. I don't like it when people from either side of the barricades create themes dripping with venom and encouraging people to hate each other. I like it when people argue their point of view and seek compromise in a dialogue.
Normal people don't fantasize about turning a male christian to gay sex in a game. That would be the abnormal as per basic statistical facts.
The abnormal are defending the changes, while the normal are objecting. Don't mistake the "toleration" by some normal people of such content to mean they actually approve of it.
The fact is, normal people don't want this garbage in the game. The numbers speak for themselves.
There were a lot of gay christians (and still are). They just didn't come out and say it because bigots would kill them.
It does not matter if its groups at work, in the friend group, family, school or political for that matter... its just how humans are.. we are drawn towards people that are likeminded and then go tribal.
