The main problem with these forums, is the reward system. It gives points for being a clown, now the points are fairly useless if you ask me, but they are still wanted by people. So they make stupid posts, trolling and pushing sensitive topics to gain clown rewards for easy points.

Remove the point system from awards and start giving steam wide bans for repeat infringements, not only game by game based. And this would solve a lot of issues with the steam forums, which sadly have become toxic pool everyone should avoid

I made a few constructive threads, ie. one about the favourite weapons for people... but people rather debate about the two controversies.

Based on some trailers and stuff, the arrow/bolt is more at the center of the screen. So the tip of your ammo is basically the crosshair.

Bows vs crossbows is fairly pointless to talk about when you can just mod the game however you see fit....

That could be fixed with mods, which were quite easy to install. I'm hoping that hasn't changed.
