My friend, I wish I could be more specific, but I can not. I am sure you have played the first game, so you know it takes part in the middle of a civil war. There are bandits and farmers who want to rob you behind every second bush and on many of the crossroads. Ther eare even scripted encounters in certain locations, like in the first game. When you have low level and skill these fights againts 3 bandits or 7 farmers can take 5-10 minutes each. And if you purposefuly instigate a fight in every village, camp, ruins and other areas, you can easily be looking at 15 hours of fighting. But yes, not like skyrim, the enemies are much more in realistic locations and better spread across the maps
