I believe a a Kölsch would be the best fit, because it’s one of the few top fermented European beer that you find.

Due to the fact that lager hasn’t been invented in KCD.

Edit: I totally forgot that belgian beers more often than not are ”ales” and not ”lagers” so maybe that would work too.

The best beer on the planet comes from Germany and Czechia. As simple as that.
If you want something suitable to the region, I recommend Staropramen, Plzeňský Prazdroj or Kozel.

If you wany my favourite beer, drink " Jever ".
