I think +- 3-5 % is too generous. I think these trolls never even consider to buy this game in the first place.

He's probably embarrassed because the fantasy that he was an idealistic artist has been shattered.
That message from him saying “Henry is you” is total proof of this, he has inverted the most basic logic of role playing, which is you taking on the role of someone else, to try and justify why Henry engages in homosexual practices. This kind of rationalization doesn't happen for nothing, it's a sign that he's trying to force an unconventional interpretation of reality because the normal interpretation bothers him.
The question that remains is: if the fact bothers him, why is it in the game in the first place? He says it's 100% his product, where everything in it is his decision, but at the same time he has to come up with nonsense like “Henry is you” to justify some things.
