First I gonna set all settings to ULTRA and res to 5160x2160, plus turn on RT/PT if possible. Just got my hands on 5090, feels good man.

Probably the same I did with the first one. Find a ranged weapon and go hunting. People or deer. Doesn't matter which one. Maybe find a mill and buy a few lockpicks and go exploring people's chest's and then run away from cops.
