They've made this official, by the way. So presumably it can run Crys... Kuttenberg. https://www.facebook.com/WarhorseStudios/videos/1361118205097070

Previews: CzechCrunch played on a quadcore Ryzen, 16GB, GTX 1070 med to high details in 30-50 fps (1440P, they claimed). Worth A Buy (Youtube) played on a i9 9900K, 32GB, RTX 2080, 1080P on high (up to 90-100 fps with DLSS, that is in the forest areas he showed). Gamestar claimed the game was butter smooth on their RTX 3080 machine (1440P, Ultra). That was all prior to last patch they got.
Even my 7 yr old pc at my parent's home (the used-when-visiting-only pc) could handle that.
But to be honest: the old game also had high demands... it was never 100% stable on 60fps for me..
As is always wise with new games, it is a good practice to put everything on the lowest settings first and bump them up bit by bit to find the sweet spot for what settings will work best with your rig. I typically like to start new games that just skip everything and put me in charge, and run around doing random nonsense for a bit as I toy with the settings, THEN delete that savegame and start a new ACTUAL game, to watch cutscene and pay attention to dialogue...but that is just me.
Thoughts on the req.
It seems fine, I do feel annoyed that more and more devs don't seem to master the art of optimysation, but ehh. We also want them to make everything more pretty, bigger, more sexy (for a lack of a better way to phrase it). At some point bloat and non optimized builds become the norm.
