will we be able to have a polearm stay equipped instead of just carrying it for it to be dropped like in the first game?

From what I've seen, it looks like it'll be same as KCD with Polearms Unleashed mod - so, it'll stay in inventory or equipped. Which is pretty realistic, since you can't hang a polearm off your belt or sheath it.

I'd like if it was a "horse bound" weapon. You can equip it to the horse and then use it on horseback or pick it from the horse and use it normally, but you can only put it back on the horse, drop it or put it back into equipment (where it can be requipped to the horse, but not used immediately). It would require some planning on the player's part.

Same here. KcD1 was supposed to have Polearms aswell but i guess they simply ran out of time. Looking forward to try these now.

Yes. Also in KCD2 polearms even have their own perks and combos same as the other weapons.
