Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 turns that straight man into a Bisexual.
"Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 changes a character who was previously straight into a bisexual one. This isn't innovative or foundational to the story. It feels off. The inclusion of such changes can seem like pandering, altering the sexual orientation of a traditionally straight character."

Common... YOU can change him to be bi. It's YOUR choice.
Yeah it's disappointing but we still have the choice to keep him straight

Exactly. They always do this to successful games. Why not make a game like that from the beginning? If it's because it won't sell, then that means people don't want it, and changing a game this way is akin to ruining it. You're taking advantage of the inertia the game has to use it as a vehicle for your political messages. And it's not even working, since people being overexposed to this might actually resent it, especially when it hijacks a product they enjoyed.

Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock said "Behaviors are gonna have to change and this is one thing were asking companies. You have to force behaviors, and at BlackRock we are forcing behaviors," And by the way BlackRock is one of the share holders of Embracer Group who owns the company Plaion who owns Warhorse Studios ! Nothing happens by chance!

Just grab it off humble bundle for 10$ along with failed DEI slop like Veilguard during next year's Easter sale

Henry can be gay or bi if you want him that way. I don't plan on doing so, and my Henry will remain straight, but your Henry can be gay if that's in your nature.

It's all but confirmed that the homosexual love interest is Hans Capon, your best bud from the first game. So their entire story is written (probably more apt to say re-written) with the assumption that they're sexually attracted to each other, you can just choose to not act upon it in the game director's words.

It sucks because in an industry where playersexual NPCs are the standard, it was a breath of fresh air to have a story about honest friendship.

haha which is a longer way of saying "I hate playersexual NPCs because I can't help but see gay and bi options. It's better for me when there are no other options because of my poor impulse control"
No! Henry is in canon and by default straight. The player now has the option to make him BI. YES! Its not great, but its also not a big deal either.

Yip. We get it. Because the choice is there and you KNOW you can't resist taking it, thus have decided to whine publicly about your inability to make personal decisions that don't upset your fragile view of the universe.

Feels weird that you're blaming the devs for a you problem, though?

As for the rest of us, the choice is obvious. We're rational humans and will be enjoying the game however we wish.
