The game has 2,2 milion words, there are supposedly 5 gay dialogue options that have to be correctly chosen to get the romace or whatever. Lets be generous and say that that dialogue choice and response to it is like 50 words each. That's 0.01%.

If you read the comments from those you complain you can read that most of them question that they made Henry that was only interrested in women suddendly bi.

It doesn't help that the devs decide to do that in a time where adding such things became normal.

It's the dialogue options not the words and only the dialogue options for the one you can romance.
I get your point that it's unlikely, but depending on how often you can talk to him and how much different dialogues you can choose from, it can still happen that you accidentaly choose 'the right' ones and come to this end.

That's also why a scholar from mali is in Kuttenberg, unlikely but not impossible, although I would think that a luck streak of the right dialogue picks are more likely.

Such as? I can remember only that monk in the monastery, that's the main quest. Also, Toth and Erik are homosexuals, they also appear in the main quest. Which side quests are you taking about?

And which details? The monk, if confronted, just admitted that he's sinful in this way, and he must repent or something like this. Toth is not confronted about it, and Erik is just hinted to be gay by sir Divish.

Making such option for the MAIN character, despite earlier claims that he's straight, is not "the same amount of details". Actually, that's what spites people much more, I believe, the fact that they just changed colours and scrapped their very words said earlier.

You don't have to talk to Lucas in the main quest, you can do it without ever talking to him.
But the side quest is that you find the two circators drinking in the cellar and they tell you why they treat him as they do (so he does not tell the prior about this).

That with Istvan and Erik are mere speculation, unlike Lucas, you can't find any evidence for them having a relationship.
