It takes maturity to recognize that you were wrong, I too made the same mistake even going as far as defending Warhorse and Vávra over and over again and now I feel like a fool, they fooled us and that is something I can't forgive.

Warhorse and Daniel Vávra are just a bunch of sleazy grifters and liars, they tried to hide their BS until people couldn't refund the game anymore, ironically enough it was Saudi Arabia that saved us.

Its much more likely that they are only anti-woke, not also anti-gay. Being its an RPG and romance is entirely optional, they probably didnt realize they needed to state that they added a "same sex adventure".

Why should anyone spend a single second explaining what has been explained already, Warhose and Daniel Vávra pretended to be anti-woke, pretended that they loved history, Bohemia, medieval times and wanted to be as accurate as possible and pay respect to the time and customs including Christianity which is clearly an important part of the game, they also said they felt no shame in making an all-white game because why should they? it was all lies of course. they added an african into the game, despite stating years ago that there are no black people in bohemia at this time period.
they made Henry the option to romance and have sex with a man, despite his character being well established in the first game that he has absolutely no romantical interest in another man, not even with Hans.

to be fair Vavra was not a Christian man, the first game was misunderstood to be a christian game because the portrayal of christian in the game is pretty well done but Vavra himself hated christianity

Out of the whole game, every NPC except 1 is white, and he has a reasonable backstory as to why hes there. KCD is NOT a Christian game, yes, it has NPCs who are Christian, often mockingly so. Have they removed that from the game? Iv not seen any evidence they have. Yes they changed their design philosophy from you play as Henry too you are Henry, big deal its an RPG, dont participate in the "same sex adventure" and Henry is still straight.
