Do npcs still say 'Christ be praised' etc everywhere?

Has the Christianity been diluted? I hope not.

Hopefully they toned down the random greetings a bit...for one being in a quest dialogue in a busy place while the entire time the background goes "Jesus christ be praised" "Hey, Henry has come to see us" can be a bit annoying and immersion breaking; the other thing is being in a big city like Kutna Hora and everyone knows you would be so weird...
