She didn't travel with you at the end of KCD1.
Regardless if you had sex (straight) or not (asexual) in KCD1.

However, noone played KCD2 yet and those who did will not spoil anything.
It is still possible you meet her during KCD2. Patience, the game will be released soon.

Because she stayed with her uncle at the mill in Rattay. Why would she be traveling on a diplomatic mission into the heartland of Bohemia when she's a commoner woman?

The game isn't out yet, so we don't know any details on if she'll appear in the game or have have a role beyond whatever choices you make on having a relationship or not with her.
