BG3 is more woke on the surface but it's a fantasy world where that's not abnormal. KCD2 tries to warp real life history and is thus much more woke - despite claiming to be a historically accurate game.

I was originally going to purchase this, but now I can't in good conscience give money to these people and neither should you.

Agree. BG3 is mostly a circus performance from a narrative standpoint. It doesn't treat itself too seriously. And it is real RPG with a deep character creation tools. So you are really free to do or sleep with anyone. Nobody complained.

KCD, on the other hand, is hardcore medieval simulator rather than an RPG with an established character who is Christian and straight according to Warhose themselves.

These 180° flips in air from the creators are merely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Henry is not Christian and gay now to please Kotaku and IGN.

1. First BG3 made NEW characters, KCD2 they made Henry a preexisting character, turn gay.
2. In BG3 you can... remove, the character with certain predispositions you meet. In this game they are invulnerable, granted I think 1 eventually in the story you can deal with.
